This monumental move marks a significant step in Yamaha Motor’s Marine CASE Strategy 2024, dedicated to steering the maritime industry toward carbon neutrality through innovative propulsion systems.
Formerly under the helm of DEUTZ AG, Torqeedo now sets sail under the flag of the Japanese multinational group. This strategic acquisition is not just about joining forces; it’s about propelling the future of boating toward sustainability. Torqeedo’s extensive portfolio of electric and hybrid drive systems perfectly aligns with Yamaha Motor’s vision to revolutionize the marine industry.
