Imagine gliding across the water at thrilling speeds, with zero emissions and zero noise disrupting the serene beauty of your surroundings. Thanks to the groundbreaking work of eD-TEC, this vision is now a reality with its latest introduction, the eD 32 c-ultra RIB.

In collaboration with renowned German carbon boatbuilder Sven Akermann, eD-TEC has crafted a masterpiece of electric boating technology. The eD 32 c-ultra stands as a testament to the power of innovation and collaboration, combining cutting-edge design with revolutionary propulsion systems.

Measuring 31 feet in length with a 10.5-foot beam, this sleek RIB offers the perfect balance of performance and versatility. Whether you’re exploring coastal waters or navigating tranquil lakes, the eD 32 c-ultra delivers an unparalleled experience.

At the heart of this remarkable vessel lies eD-TEC’s sophisticated eD-QDrive 1 high-performance electric drive system. Capable of propelling the RIB to speeds of up to 50 knots, this propulsion system offers a range of up to 30 miles on a single charge. With up to 400kW of peak power, combined with silent operation, these drive units redefine the possibilities of electric boating.

Charging the eD 32 c-ultra is a breeze, thanks to both standard 22kW AC charging and 150kW DC-DC fast-charging capabilities. It takes just 40 minutes to reach 80 percent capacity. This ensures quick turnaround times, making the RIB ideal for superyacht tender operations and leisure cruising alike.

But the innovation doesn’t stop there. The hull of the eD 32 c-ultra is foil-ready, allowing for an optional foil-assist system that enhances range and seakeeping capabilities. This advanced feature sets the eD 32 c-ultra apart from traditional powerboats, providing unmatched performance and efficiency.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the eD 32 c-ultra is not only perfect as a superyacht tender or leisure craft but also adaptable to various operational profiles. From water security patrols to recreational cruising, this versatile RIB offers endless possibilities for exploration and adventure.

The attention to detail is evident throughout the eD 32 c-ultra, with a central helm console featuring a full glass bridge for navigation and systems monitoring. A spacious sunpad and swim platform provide ample space for relaxation and enjoyment, while optional extras such as a jet thruster system and modular sunpad with additional seating enhance the boating experience even more.

As eD-TEC founder Michael Jost says, “High-performance electric boats are still considered something of a niche, but we believe the eD 32 c-ultra is perfect for superyachts, and for clients with lakeside or shoreside villas who want the ultimate, clean runabout at the end of their pier.”

With its blend of cutting-edge technology and elegant design, the eD 32 c-ultra represents a true game-changer in the world of electric boating. It is not just a boat; it’s a testament to the power of innovation and collaboration. By pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, eD-TEC has created a vessel that redefines the boating experience. Whether you’re a seasoned boater or a first-time adventurer, the eD 32 c-ultra offers a thrilling journey into the future of high-performance electric boating.
